Medialon Audio Server II range offers unique features for any audio playback application requiring good quality and medium to large audio storage. Each of its 24 to 96 independent channels can be synchronized together.

Channels can be started independently or by group. Thanks to its position tracking capability, programming of video and light effects synchronization to audio is very easy with Medialon Manager Show Control Software.


Reliability
Medialon Audio Server II has been designed with critical applications in mind and every detail has been set to the maximum quality to ensure maximum reliability when hardware failure is not an acceptable option.

- Industrial rugged chassis, with rigid mechanics to insure firm PCI card and accessories attachment.
- 4 hard drives in RAID-5 to ensure continuous operation in case of hard drive failure.
- Redundant power supply maintains power and warns operator with an alarm in case of failure.


Features
Medialon Audio Server range allows playback of multiple audio channels. It is not a regular multi-track playback unit which plays all files at the same time but a real independent channel server where each file can be started when needed. Each channel can be started independently and at any time using built-in control interface or via TCP/IP or RS232.

Several groups of channels can be played back in synch.

Medialon Audio Server comes with its own control software which is run on the server itself or remotely on any PC on the network. The user interface allows loading of audio files, start, pause, stop, vol., balance, etc.

More powerful control capabilities can be obtained with Medialon Manager Show & Media Control Software. All timeline and position tracking capabilities are fully supported by the Audio Server MxM plug-in. Show Control, scheduling application or multiple remote control applications can easily be customized with Medialon Manager Software.
