With an expanding use of Video in there Theatre Det
Norske Teatret has decided to install a Video Control
system.
To meet the specifications , Vidar Eggen has made a
setup which includes a 4 in 2 out Video mixer including
digital effects (controlled via Midi) a Sanyo XF-45
projector (controlled via Ethernet) an Adtec Edje video
player (controlled via Ethernet) a Dmx board and finally
a Gooroo rugboard with Medialon Panel software.
This is all controlled by a Medialon Manager V3 with a
User interface that makes it possible to get new
videoclips (from the theatre editing suite) via network,
preprogam or manually mix between the Live video cameras
and the Adtec player, start/stop the Adtec player clips,
control the projector and finally make quelist
(including the actions of all units).
The quelist will, during the show be triggered by dmx
from the lighting desk.
By adding a Gooroo Rugboard with Medialon Panel
software, they have a full remote control to be used
during rehearsals.
The system will have its debut on stage when Det Norske
Teatret launches the Musical PIAF in October. |
