Schneider Electric, French-based
world leading specialist in electric distribution,
automation and industrial control, recently installed a
massive showroom in its Rueil-Malmaison headquarters.
The showroom was created to present the strengths of the
company to employees, customers and partners. In order
to insure that those strengths would be communicated
without flaw, Medialon Manager was chosen as the control
system.
As a technological leader and innovator, Schneider wanted its showcase to be as impressive as the work they
do. The 3000 square-foot showroom is supplied by 55
Dataton Watchout PC’s distributing multimedia animations
on 22 screens (19 plasma, 3 Privalite). Seven Medialon
Manager systems allow the control of all the Watchout,
video-projecters, plasma screens and glass Privalite
screens (which can change from opaque to transparent).
The Medialon system, automated to allow visitors to
follow a guided presentaton, can also be stopped and
modified from a touch screen at any point so that a
Schneider employee can tailor the presentation if
desired.
Concepted by Ridgway Organisation, the show room was
installed by Codiam, both France-based companies. |
