Medialon has helped TrygVesta, the
second-largest supplier on the Nordic market for general
insurance, inspire employees to develop new ideas with
an innovative business lab in Denmark.
Danish AV company AVC set up the lab where all audio,
video and lighting functions are controlled by Medialon
Manager. The lab is a large space which can be divided
and controlled as if it were several meeting rooms
featuring projectors, smart boards, DVD players, touch
panels, LED lighting and conventional lighting.
The
Main idea from Tryg was to create an innovative creative
room to inspire and surprise employees; a room where the
creative process can take place in order to develop new
concepts and business solutions. When employees enter
the room they can select among 10 different mood themes,
which is reflected in ambient sound light settings and
image projections for the lab.
As a PC-based system, which
natively uses IP control, Medialon Manager can control
any software, from simple keystroke emulation to complex
IP protocols. With more and more devices becoming PC
based, like video servers, this opens a wide range of
opportunities.
TrygVesta consists of Tryg,
Denmark's largest general insurance company, Vesta, the
third largest in Norway, Dansk Kaution (Denmark) and
Enter (Norway). The Group also has a rapidly growing
branch office in Finland and a presence in Sweden.
TrygVesta's insurance products provide protection for
more than two million private individuals, and the Group
employs a total of 3,700 people.
Medialon programming for the new lab was done by John
Bøge Hansen with project sales by AVC's Christian
Dannevang. |
