AMX®, a worldwide leader in advanced control and

technology management, partners with MEDIALON to
simplify show control for the live entertainment
industry.
Thanks to a new plug-in developed jointly by both
companies, MEDIALON Manager Software is compatible with
any AMX NetLinx® Control System.
The new MEDIALON-AMX interface will enable facility
and/or event staff to centrally control individual
devices via the AMX Control System and/or initiate show
control sequences using MEDIALON’s Manager Software.
This capability, which is not available with any other
single or combined solution today, addresses customer
requests to streamline the number of interfaces required
to operate these disparate systems.
AMX NetLinx Controllers connect to MEDIALON using TCP/IP
and MEDIALON Manager Software sees these Controllers as
MEDIALON resources. This allows MEDIALON Manager to send
commands and monitor devices transparently, using
MEDIALON drivers and the MxM plug-in.
AMX Modero® Touch Panels can also be seen by MEDIALON
Manager via a specific Modero MxM plug-in, allowing
interaction between Touch Panel and MEDIALON Manager.
